Will servicing my car with you void my new car warranty?

Absolutely not. You are free to choose who services your new vehicle. We are fully qualified to perform logbook servicing that adheres strictly to the manufacturer's specifications. We use approved parts and stamp your logbook, keeping your warranty 100% intact (often for a much better price than the dealer).

How do I know how much the repair will cost?

We hate surprise bills as much as you do. For standard servicing, we have set pricing. For repairs or diagnostics, we will investigate the issue and provide you with a clear, upfront quote before we start any work. You are always in control of the cost.

What if you find other problems while fixing my car?

We will never do unauthorized work. If we find a worn part or a safety issue while your car is on the hoist, we will call you immediately. We will explain the issue, the urgency, and the cost, so you can decide if you want to fix it now or wait until later.

Do you do Roadworthy Certificates (Safety Certificates)?

Yes, we are an Approved Inspection Station (AIS). Whether you are selling your car, transferring registration, or re-registering a vehicle in Queensland, we can perform the inspection and issue your Roadworthy Certificate.

How long will you need my car?

Most logbook services and general repairs are completed within the same day. Drop it off in the morning, and we’ll usually have you back on the road by the afternoon. For larger engine repairs or complex diagnostics, we will give you a realistic timeframe when you book.
